Services

Six ways we fill your calendar.

Most clients start with appointment setting alone. The rest exist because some markets need warming before a call lands, and some need working long after the first no.

Appointment setting

The core service. We call your market, qualify against the definition we agreed in the brief, and book the ones worth your time straight into your calendar.

  • Booked into your calendar. Calendar invite goes to both sides, so nobody forgets.

  • Notes attached. Who they are, what they said, why they're worth the slot.

  • Qualified to your definition. Agreed up front. If it doesn't meet it, it doesn't count.

  • Reminders handled. We confirm the day before to keep no-shows down.

Cold and warm calling

Two different jobs. Warm calling works the people who already know you — old enquiries, quotes that went quiet, anyone sitting in your CRM going cold. Cold calling goes to the ones who've never heard of you.

We do both, and we start warm, because that's the cheapest pipeline you already own.

  • Warm leads worked first. Old enquiries and lapsed quotes convert faster than anything cold, and you've already paid for them.

  • Cold when the warm runs out. Scripts built for your offer, not a generic opener with your name dropped in.

  • Hours matched to your market. We call when your buyers are actually reachable, which we work out with you in the brief.

  • Objections logged. What the market pushes back on is useful to you even when they say no.

  • DNC compliant. Numbers washed against the Do Not Call Register before dialling.

Email campaigns

Email rarely books the meeting on its own in these markets — but it makes the call warmer, and it keeps the not-yets in play without anyone having to remember them.

  • Sequenced, not blasted. A short series with a reason to exist, not one email to everyone.

  • Warms the list before we call. Name recognition turns a cold call into a lukewarm one.

  • Nurtures the no-not-yets. "Call me in six months" becomes a scheduled touch, not a lost note.

  • Spam Act compliant. Accurate sender details and a working unsubscribe on every send.

Multi-channel outreach

Phone, email and LinkedIn run as one sequence against one list, so a prospect hears from you in whichever place they actually check.

  • One sequence, three channels. Touches are spaced deliberately, not stacked on one day.

  • Channel matched to market. Trades get the phone. Consultants get LinkedIn. We test rather than assume.

  • One record per prospect. Nobody gets called twice by two channels that aren't talking.

Lead list building

A good list is most of the result. We build yours around decision-makers who can say yes without going to a board.

  • Owner-operator bias. The person who answers is usually the person who signs.

  • Verified before dialling. Dead numbers waste calling hours, which are the scarce resource.

  • Your dormant CRM first. If you've got old leads sitting there, that's warmer than anything cold.

  • Yours to keep. The list doesn't walk out the door if we stop working together.

Dedicated setter

For agencies with enough volume to keep one person busy. A single caller works your pipeline only, learns your offer properly, and reports to you.

  • One caller, your pipeline. They get fluent in your offer instead of switching between five.

  • Works in your CRM. Your tools, your pipeline stages, your notes format.

  • No hiring overhead. No recruitment, no onboarding, no desk, no payroll tax.

Pricing

The same deal across every service.

No setup fee, no retainer. You pay commission on deals that close from what we book. The percentage depends on your average deal size and sales cycle, and it's agreed in writing before the first call.
