What we do

Pipeline work, handled end to end.

Start with appointment setting. Add the channels that suit your market — most of our clients sell to owner-operators who answer the phone before they ever open an email.

Appointment setting

Qualified discovery calls booked straight into your calendar, with notes on who they are and why they said yes.

How it works →

Cold and warm calling

The leads already in your CRM worked first, then the ones who've never heard of you. Real people on the phone either way.

How it works →

Email campaigns

Sequenced outbound email that warms a list before we call it, and keeps the no-not-yets in play afterwards.

How it works →

Multi-channel outreach

Phone, email and LinkedIn run as one sequence, so a prospect hears from you in the place they're most likely to reply.

How it works →

Lead list building

Decision-makers sourced in your niche, with a bias to owner-operators who sign off on spend themselves.

How it works →

Dedicated setter

One of our callers working your pipeline only — your scripts, your CRM, your rules of engagement.

How it works →

How it works

From cold list to confirmed call.

We handle the part most agencies never get to: picking up the phone every day, getting past "not interested", and finding the owners who actually need what you sell.

Step 1

Brief

We learn your offer, your best clients and what a qualified lead looks like to you.

Step 2

Build the list

We source decision-makers in your niche, with a bias to owner-operators who sign off on spend.

Step 3

Call

Real people on the phone, at the hours your market actually answers, with scripts built for your offer.

Step 4

Book

Qualified prospects land in your calendar with notes on who they are and why they said yes.

For agencies

Built for agencies that sell to small business.

  • Pay on results. Commission on closed deals. No retainer while we prove it works.

  • Phone first. Sole traders and small businesses ignore cold email. They answer the phone.

  • Face-to-face sales roots. Our callers come from door-knocking and field sales, where rejection is daily and resilience is the job.

  • Local. Melbourne based, calling Australian businesses on Australian hours.

My pipeline used to be feast or famine. Harry turned it into something I can actually rely on.

Good on the phone? Get paid for every deal you start.

We're building a small crew of appointment setters. Work remotely, set your own hours inside calling windows, and earn commission on the deals your appointments turn into.

  • Scripts and lists provided. You focus on the conversation.

  • Training from someone who's done it. Learn from a former field sales team leader.

  • Commission only. Uncapped. Your results set your income.

  • Remote. All you need is a phone, a laptop and thick skin.

We also run paid sales training for people who want to get good on the phone, whether or not they end up setting for us.

FAQ

The questions agency owners ask first.

What does it actually cost?

No setup fee and no monthly retainer. You pay commission on deals that close from the appointments we book. The percentage depends on your average deal size and sales cycle, and we agree it before we make a single call.

What counts as a qualified appointment?

We define it together in the brief, before calling starts. Typically it means the right decision-maker, a real need for what you sell, budget authority, and a confirmed time in your calendar. If a booking doesn't meet the definition we agreed, it doesn't count.

Which industries do you call?

We’re not tied to any one industry. What matters is who picks up: if you sell to owner-operators and small business decision-makers — the person who can say yes without taking it to a board — the approach works. Tell us your market on the intro call and we’ll say honestly whether the phone will land.

Do I need to supply the list?

No. We build it. If you already have a list or a CRM full of dormant leads, we'll work that first — it's usually warmer than anything we can source cold.

How quickly can you start?

The brief takes about a week, including scripting and list build. Calling starts the week after.

How do you handle the Do Not Call Register?

We wash business numbers against the Do Not Call Register in line with the Do Not Call Register Act 2006 and follow the Telemarketing Standard on calling hours and caller identification.

Will I hear the calls?

You get the notes on every booked appointment — who they are, what they said, why they're worth your time. Call recordings can be shared where the people on the call have been told they're being recorded.

What if it doesn't work?

You've paid nothing up front, so you walk away out of pocket by nothing but the time you spent on the brief. We'd rather find that out in the first month than string it along.
